Chapada Diamantina

The "Fazenda Santos" produces approximately 2,000 bags per year with selective harvesting - only the ripe beans are removed from the coffee trees - which favors the production of natural, pulpy coffee.

With its location on a plateau at an altitude of 850 meters and mild temperatures, the conditions are ideal for growing Arabica coffee.
