Cerrado Mineiro

This coffee was produced by Isaltina de Fatima Cruz and Andrea Ribeiro Silva as part of the Café Delas program which helps women farmers access the resources they need to grow their farm to its full potential. For every sale, a portion of the profits are reinvested in programs that promote gender equality and empower women in the field.

Chapada Diamantina

The "Fazenda Santos" produces about 2,000 bags per year with selective harvesting - only the ripe beans are removed from the coffee trees - which favors the production of natural, depulped coffee. 

With its location on a plateau at an altitude of 850 meters and mild temperatures, the conditions are ideal for growing Arabica coffee.
