About the workshop

Nobody can deny it. Coffee and milk have long been a perfect match. An important reason for the popularity of latte is the fat in milk. It serves as a carrier for the aroma and also creates a richer, creamier texture. What if we married cheese and coffee ?

Like wine, coffee can be paired with food. Harmonization is used to highlight or soften a characteristic of a dish or a coffee in order to broaden the sensory experience, we think of the amplification of sensations (taste, aroma and texture).
